Did you say Collazo gave Shane problems? Mosely controlled that entire fight bro. It was a shutout (I recently watched it again and you can MAYBE argue Collazo won one round...as the judges cards indicate).

The problem with the entire arguement is, Collazo is terrible against speed fighters (see his embarrassment at the hands of Mosely......I still cant believe you said he gave him problems), and pressure fighters (see his fight with Rivera and Hatton). Berto is both of these...at this point in his career, he is faster than the version of Mosely that fought Luis...and he also throws in huge bunches and applies fantastic pressure.

id be suprised if Collazo (who hasnt fought a meaningful fight in a LONG time) sees the final bell.

Berto has no power Fitz? Lol. Dude is one of the hardest punchers at WW, up there with Cotto and Margarito.

Collazo will lose at least 8 rounds, the speed, strength and combination punching of Berto will be too much.

Great point. Id say there are a few others I would put over Andre at WW...but compare the two's KO%. Collazo has ZERO power...he is a slick fighter with little power, meanwhile Berto has very good power and is one of the better composite punchers at WW (the angles he uses and the way he sits down on almost every one those shots is amazing).

Berto doesn't have the same chin as Mosley ... Mosley has only been knocked down once his whole career.

Berto got rocked a few times, been taken the distance by a natural lightweight (forbes) and he got knocked down by a journeyman in Cosme Rivera.

    Yep :good

Collazo's power is not even on the same level as Quintanas.

What does Berto's chin have to do with ANYTHING? Collazo is one of the lightest hitters among the better fighters in the division... Berto could have a Litzau chin and it still wouldnt matter...because Collazo doesnt have the tools to expose it.

As for him being "rocked" a few times...you are far exaggerating it. He was knocked down (once) on a shot he never saw coming, and he was buzzed once...maybe twice. He has yet to show any problems in the chin area that other fighters dont have as well.

I cant stress it enough tho, Collazo couldnt KO my two year old...

Berto should win a UD though it should be tougher than his last fight

If Berto is stronger than Collazo then he wins like Mosley did I am not sure who is faster but slight edge to Berto. I think Collazo could win by UD if he is able to build rounds against Berto who like another poster said does not have good head movement and comes forward in straight lines. I think Berto wins UD because he has the edge in strength and hand speed.

Time for Berto to sink or swim. How he has managed to find himself as world champion without having fought anyone is mind boggling. That said I think he wins UD against a good fighter which should push him into the big league. He still needs a lot of work before he can hope to compete with Margarito, Cotto and Mayweather.
