    Damn,

Clottey by late stoppage. Berto wears out punching Clottey's arms, slows a bit and Clottey is able to catch him late. It isn't like Berto is a non-stop puncher either so that means Clottey won't hide in his shell all night either.

Berto is young and strong enough to win a decision. Clottey really looked ordinary in his last fight and Berto is very active like Pac, so it would offset a lot of his already minimal offense.

Berto is no Manny but Berto should win this unless Clottey fights a great fight he just finds a way to lose.

I think he would run the last few rounds when he knew he had the decision.

that is possible. Its tough to pick Clottey for obvious reasons but I think he could take care of Berto.

Clottey by decision. I see no other possible outcome really.

Berto has more mental fortitude and has shown the ability to dig deep unlike Clottey. But he might get pinpointed and outjabbed to a decision loss. I'm having trouble picturing this one.

I can see why you think Clottey would win -although it's a pick 'em fight for me- but a stoppage? Clottey couldn't stop a blown-up Corrales and a one-eyed backpedalling Cotto. I don't see how he could seriously hurt Berto, let alone stop him. Clottey isn't a good finisher and Berto at least has an 'ok' chin.

clottey has all the tools to beat berto clearly but he would somehow make it closer than should or just barely lose.

berto digging deep in the later rounds.

clottey barley throwing punches in the later round like the early rounds

Berto by wide UD. Clottey doesn't throw punches.

Berto throws punches. Clottey covers up. Neither guy jabs. Uneventful UD for Berto.

Pick em fight. If someone twisted my arm I'd probably pick Clottey. Although his offensive attack often stagnates, I can envision Clottey successfully getting the better of the inside exchanges and countering Berto for much of the fight to earn a win on the cards.

yeah probably right. I'm counting on Berto opening himself up and getting caught, not that Clottey counters either but as sloppy as Berto is I think it is possible.
