Clottey is slowly becoming/become an underrated boxer (ironically like he was before the Cotto and Pacquiao bouts) based on his performance against Pacquiao.

Pacquiao shut Clottey down near enough completely. Berto hasn't shown he is capable of doing that to a boxer of Clottey's calibre.

Clottey would beat berto, he is an underrated fighter and would beat alot of 154 fighters aswell not including martinez!

If Clottey would get a trainer who can get him to open up more, he'd be regarded higher. I think a Clottey that is more active would win.

Clottey's style is all wrong for Berto. This would be a good fight because I think Berto is better but the style advantage is with Clottey.

I couldnt see Berto hurting Clottey at all. Berto might taste the canvass on this one.

I thought Clottey would beat Cotto before that fight, actually. I thought it would be his time to shine. I still only scored it for Cotto by one point. It was a grueling one. I like Josh. I think he's got a strange attitude in life that doesn't help his career at all and he's always full of excuses, but for some reason, I still like him. And when he's on his game, I like to watch him fight.

Yeah, I think he would match-up with Martinez horribly. Wrong style, not good enough feet, etc.

Clottey would win, I think. People are forgetting how good he is (and how hard he hits) based on the Pac fight. Not too long ago, people had him beating Cotto in their fight at MSG. But people only remember your last performance, which in his case was as an imitation heavy-bag.

I thought Clottey had a hell of a shot against Cotto, but I remember before the bout people saying that Cotto was too good, easy win for Cotto, etc. He has been, and is underrated to this day. Clottey pretty much went in against Pacquiao without a gameplan, no matter what he said...he didn't have his usual trainer, that's not going to help going up against P4P #1 who is and was on incredible form.

You are slacking on Clottley skills big time especially if you think Cintron and Angulo would beat him. smh.

Clottley beats Berto. And theres nothing to show us otherwise. The best performance aganist a solid fighter was the Collazo. Berto barely finished that fight.

Clottey would clobber him. He's an underrated counter puncher and combination puncher.

Berto, clottey is not active enough to beat a fighter like berto.

Damn I would have LOVED to see this fight. And I think Clottey would have a very good shot here, in fact I would favor him to win a SD/MD.

Clottey would slap Angulo around. Joshua was battering Margarito until the hand injury and Margarito throwing a record number of punches.

Well said. Thats how I feel about him. It kills me he didn't even try to fight Pacman, but you can't deny his skill level. And I loved his attitude in the Cotto fight lol.
