Collazo's slickness I think is a bit overstated on these boards. Taking nothing away from Berto who I think will win convincingly, Collazo is nothing more than a low-medium size hurdle in the way of Berto's ascension amongst the division elites. Berto by UD or late stoppage.
Berto UD....Collazo is slick, but if Hatton was able to bully him in the early rds., Berto could do it all night....
Collazo was barely able to outbox Hatton. How could I expect him to outbox someone as fast as Berto. I mean Hatton is very easy to hit, and looked very slow that night because of the added muscle. Hatton was able to pressure Collazo with power, in that fight. Expect more of the same, except flashier and faster with Berto, ending with a TKO or a dominant UD. Collazo is a solid fighter, but if he can't stop Berto, then Berto is going to win this fight.
This would be a good test for Berto and the fight is not going to be a walk in the park but he should win this fight. Berto speed alone would be too much for Collazo and we all see what happen in the Shane Mosely fight !!!
That may be so, but Mosley had to take some hard countershots and leads. We'll see how well Berto takes the punches, and what it does to his fight plan.
I don't see Collazo landing as much as Estrada did on Berto and Berto took Estrada's punches without no problem.
