Berto to win a close one, I think. He has the kind of speedy, thudding attack to score points and slow down slick fighters, and Collazo isn't active enough. He'll win a few rounds early, probably a majority of the first 6, but I see Berto's excellent late stamina allowing him to keep a pace that Collazo won't be able to. Berto, by something around 8-4 sounds right.
Collazo is leagues better than Steve Forbes, but like the general consensus, I'm picking Berto by a close points win. If he could stop Collazo, that would be a huge statement.
