Berto-Cotto would be somewhat similar to Mosley-Cotto which was a very good fight in it's own right. I don't know if it's stylistically the best fight at 147. That title might belong to Cotto-Margarito 2 if it ever happens. As of now I'd have to favor Cotto on the cards but I've always said that Berto would really emerge as a threat to him come the end of 09. Next year if Berto continues to develope the way I'm hoping he will, he should be ready to challenge the likes of Cotto and the rest of the elite welters.

For me the best fight at 147 would be a Cotto/Mosley title unifacation/rematch.

    But Cotto by TKO.

The only thing I disagree on in this thread..
Is the Berto ain't ready yet talk... it's too late for that.
He is the WBC Champion he has no choice but to be ready now.

+ I don't really see how he could improve?
    (He is what he is...)

He has alot to improve on, a trainer like Freddie Roach, Ronnie Shields or Mustafa Muhammad can work wonders on him.

personally i think he would be best with Roach's in and out side to side style of fighting (pac, khan).

    Cotto by stoppage, between 5-7.

    Berto is sooooooo overrated.

Berto is a KO waiting to happen.

    Cotto takes his head off.

Collazo gave Berto a lot of problem and for my judging he was robbed of a decision, Cotto would beat him with ease.
