Don't know if this fight will ever happen, but after watching last night, I think Berto (right now anyway) would have major problems with Cotto. He body is open for taking. What do ya'll think?

I have a hard time seeing Berto beating the best of his division.

Berto has good potential, but he's not ready for Cotto yet.

Berto isn't ready yet. He needs to learn more upper body movement.

Man this would be a crazy fight.

Berto clearly is faster than Cotto and punches just as hard but I think he has a bit of a ways to go. I believe Cotto would get to him based on experience, composure and patience.

But I would no doubt expect Cotto to get buzzed early in this fight.

    Don't dismiss the guy, he's got a puncher's chance.

My big problem w/ him is that when he can't focus on his offense w/o leaving himself MASSIVELY open to counter attacks. As he gets to the higher levels, this is either going to lead to him getting KO'd or him adopting a conservative approach for the entire fight.

I still think he's one fo the best prospects in the game though. Reppin' Haitians all over.
