If cotto beats foreman he deserves another big fight like this. The winner should get PBF. I think this would be a close bout, but cotto by rd. 12 KO is my prediction. Then he can get a match w/ PBF, which he's deserved for a past decade.

cotto beats Berto IMO he's a better more complete boxer. berto reminds me alot of Shane just with extra holding.

This is a very intriguing matchup, but I sitll think Cotto takes it. I've never been as impressed as the boxing public seems to be with Berto. He does hav ea lot of raw talent, but Cotto is just a better boxer, and he'll rock Berto's shaky chin.

Cotto should duck Berto and beat up on Hatton or Marquez or somebody.

Unless Cotto really is damaged goods, he beats the tar out of Berto before stopping him

this is actually a good fight for Cotto should he beat Foreskin. Its a good scalp on his resume gets a belt and regains some confidence with two good back to back wins and Emmanuel in his corner.

Extra holding? You obviously haven't seen the clinchfests Shane produced with the likes of Forrest, Mayorga, and Margarito.

Anyway, I'm on board with this idea. IF Cotto happens to get past Foreman, which is a big IF, then a fight with Berto (which most of us think he'd win by KO) would be the best way for Miguel to earn a shot at another top welterweight.

It's just not his style. He always fights the best, and in the hearts of true boxing fans that is respectable.
