I know Showtime has the fight. But they have to give the fight the Face-OFF and 24-7 treatment. I know showtime has been doing their own Face-Off type shows. And they did a 24-7 type show for the Super Six and the Pac/Mosley. So I hope they do it. I love the first fight. I think the second will be better.
Berto and Ortiz arent big enough superstars to warrant 24-7/Fight Camp 360 series. And the fight isnt even a PPV. So the costs involve making the shows wont be covered. A face-off is more feasible, though. But even then, theres nothing remotely intriguing about Berto and Ortiz. The only thing they share is a great fight. Thats it. Theres no history or animosity between the two. Cant imagine what theyre gonna say to each other to make the fight more interesting than it already is. Berto: The last fight was a one-off. Ortiz: Whatever, dude. Well see. Berto: Yeah, well see. Ortiz: Ok then. Berto: Alright then. Ortiz: Just make sure you turn up. Berto: I will do. You make sure YOU turn up. Ortiz: Ok then. its just getting silly and cliche 24-7 every second now!! i think it should just be for the big fights dont wanna hear no more Ortiz talking about how he's a tree then grinning every 2 minutes even after he gets his ass knocked out!! should be a good fight but i don' see all the extra theartics as necessary.
