Good stuff, i'd prefer Pavlik-Martinez but i'm not complaining. So we'll have Haye-Ruiz, Berto-Quintana, Mayweather-Mosley and Khan-Paulie all on Sky within 5 weeks plus the 3 Primetime cards :yep

Sky seem to have a bit of a soft spot for Berto

Quality. I think Rigondeaux is on that card and Caballero too.

 

If they pick up the card the week later I might just scream like a girl.

 

They're not the only ones, he's getting the big build up from HBO.

Sky ****ing love Berto. They show all of his fights.

 

If it was a straight choice, I'd rather see Martinez/Pavlik..... but Berto vs Quintana is certainly an intriguing fight - if Quintana is on his game I wouldn't rule out an upset here.... if indeed it is an upset.

Hopefully more big fights, **** off the shitty low level, boring fighter vs boring fighter domestic cards. Quality >>> quantity.

 

Yeah, they showed a few of his fights last year on a delayed Friday Fight Night for some reason.

It's good to see this on sky, as it seemed like only the mega fights would get shown here. Hopefully its the start of more fights like this being shown, but more realistically its just because its Berto.

 

more big fights would be great but theres no need to **** off our domestic scene fights.

 

:good Glad to see that, im one of (apparently very few) Berto fans it seems.

Anyway im abit annoyed that they can confirm this fight but yet they cant bloody tell me if the Hopkins - Jones Jr rematch will be televised on the same night as the Haye fight!!! After i emailed them as well!!!! :fire

 

Yeah but I wouldnt say Berto is a mega world name, he isnt the same bracket as the Mayweathers, Mosleys, Pacquiaos of this world, so it could be a sign of things to come.
