Good,I wasn't very delighted at the thought of Berto fighting a JWW next.
Judah or Quintana would both be better.

Judah always loses...but i always give him a chance to win.
Judah had way too many title shots but to me, Berto-Judah is far more interesting than Berto-Urango.

AntwuanMax just stated that Zab got 100,000 for the Spinks rematch. PPV I believe is different where you can negotiate a percentage of the PPV too. I guess it all depends who the fighter is like Oscar, Hatton, RJJ, etc. Breaking it down doesn't leave you with much.

Current; Collazo fought Mosley, but none were current champs just contenders. Current champs right now are Mosley, Cotto, Berto, and Clottey. Zab fought and loss to Cotto and Clottey and now comes Berto if it is signed. Mosley fight fell through. Someone really lkes guys like Ruiz, Zab, Rocky, Golota, and Medina. Can't hate, just hopefully the make some good money and try their best to win.

I guess Judah would move back up to take this fight, considering that he has a very good chance against Berto.

this isn't accurate. The article by Rafael implied that Urango's promoter was still working on the fight as of this morning. Rafael just said in his chat that it looks like Urango will take the fight.

Yeah, it's not accurate currently because Rafael made revisions to his notebook after I created the thread.

    From his chat moments ago..

"As for the Berto-Urango fight, the notebook has been updated with information from this morning. Looks like Urango and his promoter are going to work things out and he will end up taking the fight."

Thanks for the update. If Zab checks out ESB, he is probably saying ****, I almost had another title fight. I have yet to see Zab fight at 140 so I don't know where the comment is of him moving back up to take on Berto.

I'd rather see Judah or Carlos over Urango...I mean Urango is a good 140lb fighter and I'm sure he'll come to fight but Id rather see a 147lb fighter try and get that green belt! Judah or Quintana would be a good test for Berto to see where he really stands as A WW with a BELT!
