    I also suspect a robbery. Like Lara-Williams.

    Berto is a Heyman fighter.
And they want to put a belt around Berto's fat waist!

Zaveck doesn't impress me. My prediction, Berto via TKO.

I think both guys are good fighters, I believe Berto has the higher ceiling and the greater potential to go to an elite level on a given night based on his athletic ability.

I question Bertos chin, and I also have concerns on his physical condition based on the photos I've seen. Ill also be interested to see how Berto handles the pressure of a must win fight, especially coming off his loss.

I'm picking Berto but with legit reservations, this would be a big win for Berto all things considered.

as long as Berto isn't weight drained (he looks it in the weigh in) euro glass will shatter

Berto will win, but as others have said, Zaveck is no joke and he's got a chance to stylistically pressure and trouble Berto, so if Berto wins, I'll give him credit for immediately taking a tough fight against a high-risk low-reward European talent and winning.

the ibf belt is a pretty good reward, will put him right back on top at 147, while a loss puts him back a lot.

True, I agree. It's a nice way to get back into the mix.

I think Zaveck's pressure may be enough to secure a close decision over Berto.. if they give it to him.. regardless Im excited to watch this tonight!!

All of berto's new supplements will be secreted out of him after 11:00 minutes. if he doesnt score a KO by then he is in big trouble. Flat footed hype jobs w/ disorganized corners are always vulnerable

I was in Espanja when I saw Zaveck fighting for the first time. It was against Jorge Daniel Miranda (2007). Miranda started fight with a flurry and had Zaveck trouble in those early rounds. Zaveck seemed to be little bit confused and couldn't get his rhytm. So Zaveck was getting beaten up and his eye was bleeding after three rounds. I'm pretty sure that it was caused by a punch and so was the audience and Miranda. Fight was stopped after three rounds and surprisingly it was announced as a technical draw. Zaveck was disappointed about his performance and it was sure that he knew he was lucky to get that no contest. Miranda was angry and couldn't understand the desicion.

That's the Zaveck fight I have seen. I wasn't impressed that time but it looks like he has improved quite a well. And he had a rematch against Miranda and he finished that unfinished business with a twelve round knockout And it was a good upset against Isaac _________

Hopefully he beats Berto. This is his time to shine and his opportunity to make a same kind of job that Martinez did: to get his first BIG victory at the age of 35.
