    From Dan Rafael's twitter:

    Purses for the fighters on Saturday's HBO card: Marquez $1.4 mill, Katsidis $530K, Berto $910K, Hernandez $75K, Caballero $200K, Litzau $50K

    So Berto gets nearly double what Kats will get and that's for taking on a guy like Hernandez :patsch

    That policy doesn't apply to Al Haymon and his fighters. HBO routinely blows their budget by grossly overpaying Haymon's fighters because of the connections he has at the helm of HBO and their parent company Time Warner.
