Besides Holyfield, which current fighter's health do you most fear for?

Toney....fighting well above his natural weight, never seems to be 'fighting fit' and that's putting it mildly, and he's taking too many shots these days. Let's face it the **** couldn't talk when he didn't have brain damage, I reckon 2 more fights and he'll need one of those things Steven Hawking uses. Hmmm, that'd make his pre-fight boasts 10x more amusing though, thinking about it.
