However, I think that a lot of the rounds that were awarded to Wlad, really should have been a draw, and the rounds that Haye won, were won more convincingly than those won by wlad

I went into town to watch the fight and was out on the **** from 1700 so to say I was intoxicated would be an understatement ! I woke up on the Sunday morning not remembering much about the fight but remember it was boring and that Haye lost , I checked through my messages and I had sent a message to the wife saying " Two rounds left Haye losing BADLY "

 

I watched the fight in slowmo. I had Wlad landing two solid right shots during the first half of the fight, where you could see Hayes head fling backwards. He also landed a right hook in the end of a furry, but there was no power behind it. I had Haye landing one looping right shot. Wlad did not look bothered by it, but at least it landed.

Both fighters threw lefts, but it was very hard to see if they landed cleanly or just grazed.

I personally think Wlad did pretty well, since he managed to outbox Haye, who is so elusive it is close to ridiculous. But still, Wlad did not look very good in there, and he struggled as hell to land anything at all. I felt the rounds where pretty close.

So true man. I baked a northen light space cake once but i misjudge badly the quantity of the ingredients (too much of ahem... you know what i mean).

I ate the cake for dessert with some friends (they didn't knew). :yep One of the weirdest moments in my life. It was so overdosed that all my senses (hearings, touching, sight) were affected by persistence effect; :rofl if someone would say hello to me, i would hear hello 3 or 4 times! Same thing for my friends, they hadn't seen this coming!

People were/are caught up in Haye's prefight rubbish, many bought it and thought Haye would dish it out, but in fact if you watched any of his fights against bigger men he was cautious, throwing only a few punches in one round (for example against Valuev even against Fraudley). So now everybody is angry at him when he didn't do something he never did. So people were happy giving close rounds to Vladimir even when didn't land and if he did Haye would move away and catch maybe a 30% of the punch. He did do better in the later rounds though, 10 and 11 especially.
However NO WAY Haye won. But I had it closer, 116-112 I think. Watched it 3 times. Mute it and watch it, HBO commentary was crap.
