I think it's Floyd, although if Evander hadn't blown his money he'd be #2 since he had a huge amount of career earnings. Wlad's far from broke, but I don't think he started making the huge money until he did his own promoting. A few more packed houses and he'll surely be at the top echelon, if he's not already.
