Besides Roy Jones, which fighter in history would be best equipped to beat Calzaghe?

Have we come to the sensible and obvious conclusion that nobody beats Calzaghe at 168-175 yet?

If you want a sensible conclusion, then we cannot come to the one you just stated.

Don't speak for all of us

    Some of us are sensible

There is hope for ESB yet..

You spoke for everyone, or attempted to.

There would be no hope for ESB at all if it came to the conclusion than a man who never fought at 175 could beat everyone at that weight. And he has little chance against Jones at 168.

    I asked whether we had

    It appears we havn't

This is due to there being a number of unsensible posters that do not listen to the various insightful thoughts of boxing pundits like myself

Heard this before....regardless, it has no real bearing. I don't buy into the "I am right and therefore all contrary opinions are misinformed or misguided" propoganda. You will think what you like...enjoy.

I will make a post about the great Joe Calzaghe tomorrow, it's too late now

Read it. Bookmark it. Show it to your friends. My aim is too convince the users of ESB, that Calzaghe is the best ever at 168-175*

*unless said users are misinformed, misguided or plain unsensible

    * Or just smart enough to know when they are being fed propoganda.

Don't waste your time. We have heard all of it before from CHJ. Your last line is simply an out for when most inevitably disagree with you so that you claim superiority, which is easy to do in this scenario considering that you can never prove or disprove who Calzaghe could beat or not beat from the past.

I've yet to meet this CHJ fella

He sounds like the sensible sort, wouldn't you say?

Actually he is....on everything but Joe Calzaghe where bias gets the better of his good judgement. Otherwise he's brilliant.

Joe Calzaghe is an acquired taste, due to him not being American. Sad but true

A few of the doubters have been converted since Kessler, the rest will come as Hopkins is put into a retirement home and some other good but not great boxers like Pavlik/Dawson do their best impressions off Jeff Lacy in a ring against Joe

All of which has little to do with him being able to beat ATG's....wouldn't you say?
