I liked Gilberto Roman vs Jiro Watanabe, The 115lbs two most dangerous fighters at or near there bests, they really put a lot on display and didn't hold anything back. it was cinematic cross road fight looking back, Jiro bowed out afterwards and Roman went on to be the best 115lber ever. I wouldn't call the fight itself dramatic but it was educational and pretty we got to see Jiro uncharacteristically get desperate too. Rare vintage of fight indeed, Jiro was about the most skilled southpaw ever in with simply one of the best fighters ever. Spare yourself about an hour, fall in love with both.
Jiro the most skilled southpaw ever? Did something happen that i missed out? Did they scrape other southpaws from the history books? Or are you just an ALT trolling ?
I think he is superior to a great many. yes. Best, well I don't think a best exists as is the nature of boxing. Let me rephrase. "Jiro is about as good as you can be as a southpaw" I stand by that.
