I think Frazier, Cooney, Rudduck, Weaver and Coetzee would have been knocking too.

Donovan is one of my favorite Heavyweights, but his one punch power is overrated. It's hard to come to any other conclusion when you watch him butcher a shot Greg Page.

going back a bit in time here - but Peter I just had to correct you on something Walcott was avoided by a prime Joe Louis - that's why he didn't make it into the bum of the month club - he was unknown when he was brought in as a sparring for Louis prior to Schmeling I think but he was let go after a couple days with the excuse that he wasn't Joe's kind of fighter - he sure wasn't because he put Joe Louis down 3 times in two days of sparring with 16oz gloves and said himself that with small gloves he would've "tore" Louis head off - because he found him so easy to hit - ps Tiger Fox was one of the most devastating punchers P4P in history - you can't just tag him as a mere light heavyweight - especially if you're not even sure on his name - ps Walcott said for one punch power Marciano was the bigger puncher - he actually said Joe Louis needed combinations to knock you out but Rocky could do it with one punch.

pps the reason that Ezz Charles, Archie Moore etc needed a lot of punishment to put away that's because they had great chins and were brilliant survivors - and couldn't generally be nailed with the perfect shot to scrabble them in an instant - Walcott managed it against Charles but I'd rate that as one of the 5 best one punch knock outs in heavyweight history so you know...

At one stage Page was thought to have the best chin in the division. He took some great shots vs Razor. I wouldn't discount him on this one example,w e could do that with anyone. I mean he looked pretty powerful vs Dokes, past it or not. A case could be made that Rudduck was past it coming off the two Tyson losses.

Razor's power is certainly above Witherspoon, Briggs and probably Bruno imo.

Donovan Ruddock may have been past it after his two wars with Iron Mike, but I'm not convinced it would have effected his punching power to such a degree that it would explain a shot and out of shape Greg Page consistently taking flush power shots to the head without going down. Just to clarify, there is no question that Donovan was a hard puncher, but I just don't see to many examples of him having the sort of devastating, discombobulating one punch knockout power he's often said to possess outside of the Michael Dokes fight. Bonecrusher certainly wasn't out cold, he just looked like a man who didn't want to fight anymore if you ask me. Morrison's glass jaw held up pretty well, despite having to take some hard shots before the stoppage came.

No worries, i'd still have him above some in the list i quoted tho. I think he hit like a mule.

@Addie: Do you know that in the 1989 Heavyweight power punching tests, Razor scored higher than Tyson? Do you believe that Tyson doesn't have devestating one punch KO power?

Do I put more stock in a test than I do seeing fools getting cold clocked? No.
