    Basically outiside the longtime belt holders and elite wws whois the best? Basically all these guys are coming off losses from the best except Berto who hasnt been tested yet.

    judah lost to mayweather, clottey, baldomir, and cotto
    cintron lost to margarito
    quintana lost to cotto and williams
    collazo lost to hatton and shane mosley
    berto yet to lose

    I agree, this guy has no defense a shaky chin and questionable heart. Not sure what the hype is about.

    Berto also yet to fight anybody remotely close to the level of the guys that the others in the poll lost to.

    Collazo needs to get his ass in the ring though. He's only fought one meaningless fight in the 1,5 years since losing to Mosley. How can you rate a guy anywhere if he doesn't fight?

    I do agree he might be the most talented though.

    last i heard about him he sparred with williams for the quintana fight. why isnt he getting any discussions in upcoming fights while being a top10 ww. he should be fighting bero instead of forbes. and even if he hast fought it doesnt mean hes not better these other guys who got tkod recently.

    Berto and is still undefeated, but until he starts playing against the best and elite of 147, I do not what to make of him other than a WW belt holder.
