There's no justification for having Mosley ahead of Tito IMO, especially if you're just gonna base it off of one fight. Yes, he holds the best win of all them with the victory over Oscar, but it'll take more than one victory for him to jump Trinidad or DLH for that matter. Trinidad was the man at ww for 5 or 6 years with a lot of good solid wins, DLH, Whitaker, Camacho, Carr, Campas, etc. If we're gonna go off one fight I could say that what Mayorga did with the KO of Forrest was just as good or better than anything Tito, DLH, or Mosley did at WW...but that would be ridiculous.

I say Trinidad too, solely due to his "victory" over De La Hoya.

I would say Cotto and Margarito probably have the best resume at WW right now.
Both have fought most of the top fighters at WW.

Explain why "not even close" He was there DOUBLE the time Oscar was there and only had 5 more defenses.

In terms of quality of competition is as good, or not as good as DLH's.

    Look at the comparison above.

Delahoya or Tito would be a good pick but trinidad has the advantage cuz he was undefeated at 147 when he fought there.

Time spent at the weight is irrelevant, IMO.

Trinidad edges DLH, because he made more defences and had more dominant wins. Whereas DLH made less defences, and some of his wins were close/questionable. Overall, DLH is clearly the better, and more accomplished fighter, IMO. But at welter, the logical choice is Trinidad.

Whoever picked Floyd should die a slow and painful death.
