In the end, I think bodypunching by both wears both down> But, the great Walker power prevails and "The Toy Bulldog" beats the "Raging Bull" by decision. I think the most violent encounter imaginable at the weight would be Benn v Tiger. But the one you'er offering up would be...yeah.
