Zolani Last Born Tete. This guy is a G. He doesn't get enough hype. He'd give Rigo a good fight.

the talentpool is shocking given the poverty /ammount of fit men and the fact that all black fighters derive from africa with there success that there is no outstanding talent.

coaching/facilities excepted you would have thought west africa / south africa/north africa would have conveyer belts of talent.

there was a film with kevin bacon as a basketball coach called the air up there where he went to africa to look for talent.

if a top trainer went looking in hotspots like lagos /accra /johannesburg surely they would unearth some gems.

Apart from tete who is near a p4p talent the others are really just contenders.

No wonder you like him. He's a Pisces too.:deal

I'm finally going to do a thread on him, probably before the weekend is over, he deserves one. I've been watching matches of his here and there and he's definitely underrated.

    Definitely is Tete right now.

It would be interesting to go back and trace out the succession of p4p #1 from the continent over the last few generations. At various times odd the cuff I can say that Azumah Nelson, and later Ike Quartey, and maybe (briefly) Silence Mabuza or Hekkie Budler held the honor, but there are lots of gaps to fill in there.
