    Accra has produced some good fighters, and even the ones with awful skill do seem to at least be pretty tough. If they had world class coaching, facillities and sparring then I would imagine a lot of top fighters would start coming through.

    I remember seeing The Air Up There back in the 90's. I quite enjoyed it. Was that inspired by Hakeem Olajuwon? I think he was discovered in a similar way as the main character in that Bacon film.

    Azumah Nelson was probably the best African fighter ever. Kassim Ouma was not that bad either.
