He has already surpassed everything Lacy has done. And please, if you cannot see the difference in the talent level between them..well your a no hoper. I am not sure he would beat JC, but he is a very diversified fighter with a lot of ability and skills.
Dude that doesn't change the fact that nobody wants to watch him, his fight against Tarver only had about 1,500 in attendance, this guy can't sell PPV's so Calzaghe B-Hop or any other big names aren't going to fight him.

HBO or Showtime will pay Calzaghe..The usa networks are the only people paying the UK fighters anyhow.. Besides JC can fill any size stadium and sell it out in a matter of hours. Problem solved!

Yah thats why they make the big fights at 2am UK time, like with zoo so that US networks can bank roll them. And if they are so rich and the Uk fans are so great ANY fight will pull in the big money. Problem solved
They make the fights at 2am UK time because they know they'll still sell out the Arena + they can actually sell PPV's to the UK audiences aswell as getting the American TV cash boost to have the fights at 2-3-4-5am in the morning. Hatton vs Mayweather did 1.2 million buys here and that started @ 4:30am
So you agree with me, unlike your previous post, that money would not be an issue if JC fought Dawson in Wales. I mean if Lacy and Calzaghe generated good money..Dawson and Calzaghe would surpass that especially in light of Joe's increased popularity. Add into the mix that the Uk doesnt need USA money to get a huge fight return. Whats the problem?
