I don't like looking too much into this fight because I think Joshua fought a good amount of that fight hurt.

Said it before and I'll say it again. Matt Fouts is trash.

His terminology stuck with me. And other guys on Youtube use similar phrases when doing film study.
I always had a hard time articulating my thoughts when talking about boxing.

Ruiz Jr has 12 weeks to train this time. Bearing In mind hes almost always fought bigger men.

AJ has 12 weeks to learn how to fight a smaller opponent who has a big tank, can bang and has a great pedigree and a solid chin.

I got 5 minutes in he's lauding AJ for getting counter jabbed. Absolutely nothing said about Ruiz pressure in the early rounds. It's like he doesn't understand what a reach advantage is. AJ got walked down from the first minute of the first round. 7 minutes in and he's talking about how good AJ is doing at controling the fight and all the footage has been Ruiz landing and Joshua missing. It's like the narration and video are completely unrelated.

Also he's a dick, so I have no more time for that guy.

I said things that made sense with the evidence I presented.

What makes this the best analysis? This was a very good post-fight analysis but I don't see what qualifies this video as the ''best analysis''. Surely for this to be the ''best'' analysis you would have to have seen and accounted for every other Joshua-Ruiz analysis in existence?

Fouts actually predicted Ruiz to win. He showed Joshua's positive sides from this fight. It was really a close one up until he got caught with the left hook. I think Joshua's gonna win the rematch. Andy Ruiz however is no joke. Top 3 in my book besides AJ and Fury. Thus the "big 3" really likeable guy. I must admit that I didnt even pay that much attention to this fight. For years I have been saying that Miller is the best american boxer also a stylistic nightmare for Joshua and when that fight fell of I didnt even care enough o look up andy before the fight...
