I love watching Essuman, he's a banger to the body.

Shakur Stevenson is a master on the inside. Top notch inside fighter.

Roman Gonzalez is still technically active but is a masterful inside fighter, incredibly subtle in close.

Not sure if Errol Spence is still active but he was a vey good inside fighter in his pomp.

Eimantas Stanionis likes to bury his head into his opponent's shoulders and neck and just press into them while winging away with his right hook. Kind of Frazier-esque at times, especially when he bobs and weaves then comes up and press his head and shoulders into you.

Boots Ennis has a really good physical control game and a good sense of positioning on the inside. Most of the guys trained by Bozy Ennis tend to be good inside fighters like Stephen Fulton or Andy Cruz.

Sebastian Fundora, Jorge Garcia Perez, Vergil Ortiz, and Charles Conwell are all very good inside fighters up at 154.

Francisco Chihuas Rodriguez really knows his way around the clinch.

I was really impressed by how good Brian Norman Jr. was on the inside against Santillan and in spurts against Sasaki, he's pretty capable on the inside imo.

Crawford's wrestling background means he's really good at leveraging his weight and using physical controls but I'm not sure I'd really call him an inside fighter per se.

Nick Ball is pretty crafty on the inside, has his fair share of tricks in the clinch.

Beterbiev is very skilled at applying his physicality and controlling a fight up close with frames and by pressing himself into his opponents.

Ponce vs Matias is one of the better displays of two capable inside fighters going at it in the phone-booth imo.

Brandon Figueroa is a pretty capable inside fighter.

Fernando Pumita Martinez is really good at closing the gap and just shoving or pressing or grabbing opponents to create new offensive opportunities.

There's plenty more that I'm forgetting though. The idea that inside fighting is a lost art is a false narrative that a lot of old-timers like to put forward to try to diminish the credibility of the modern era and the skills on display when, in reality, there are still plenty of fighters who are very knowledgeable on how to fight on the inside but just understand that certain refs aren't very tolerable to that kind of thing or just have an opponent who will deny them the opportunity to work there.
