Best and Worst TUF winners ever?

    I'd say the best five have been Rashad, Forrest, Diego Sanchez, Bisping and probably Nate Diaz (though on the show Mac Danzig was brilliant, despite his career not going that way later). John Dodson could soon join this group.

    The worst five IMO have been Jonathan Brookins, Court McGee, James Wilks, Kendall Grove and Travis Lutter (though the last two spots could just as easily have went to any two from Brandao, Escudero, Sadollah, Bader or even Stevenson).

    I'd say that objectively the very best has been Rashad Evans (though I prefer Nate Diaz personally), and the worst has probably been Jonathan Brookins.

    Lutter? But he is the Michael Jordan of BJJ, or the Kobe Bryant or the Scottie Pippen or someone else not so good.

    Why is Brookins the worst? Because he lost to Koch, who was a contender in WEC?

    Nah, because he's pretty rubbish compared to the others. But Wilks and McGee are **** as well IMO. Those are the worst three for sure, as I see it.

    Every year you see TUF guys who don't set you alight but they commit themselves to the sport (or suddenly have the time to), they get better training advice, better coaching, better sparring, better match making and ultimately they evolve in to pretty good fighters.

    If TUF wasn't producing any good fighters then we could say it is a gimmick. There is an element i.e. locking them in a house to watch them implode but guys like Griffin, Evans, Bisping, Koscheck, Leben, will be remembered for what they achieved in the cage.

    As a runner up through his career and in the TUF Kenflo should get a mention. Court Mcgee, Brookins and Wilks are probably the worst although the earlier season fighters have had alot longer to prove themselves so we'll see.

    For overall talent last season I think was the highest but considering Diego sanchez, griffin and Kenflo were all in one season that'll be hard to beat.

    Forrest was best for. Not as athletically gifted as Rashad, and lost to him, but Shogun win and taking the LHW title was super impressive to me.

    Nate Diaz is quality, Rashad has undoubtedly done the most consistently quality things. But Forrest will always be a favourite of mine.

    Rashad, Forrest, Bisping, Sanchez. Koscheck didn't win but he can round out my top five regardless.

    Tuf has produced some decent fighter the first two seasons had some good fighters and Roy is a decent gatekeeper.
    To answer the question best is Evans and worst is Grove or Danzig

    Remember that red haired kid? made it to the finals but was submitted. Ko'd George in the semi's. Fought a couple times in the UFC and was cut after Anthony Johnson Ko'd him in like 30 seconds.
