I feel Hearns was better than Louis on the back foot but he couldn`t deal with being crowded by swarming fighter i.e. the Hagler fight and Barkley in the rematch plus Roldan, Sugar walked him down after struggling with Hearn`s jab.

 

Wilder shouldn`t be mentioned in the same breath as Ali or Holmes on the back foot he just relies on the threat of his power and his amazing reach. I`d like to see Wilder fight Fury because he could match his reach.

I think Fury did better on the back foot vs Wlad than Wilder would of though.
