Gimme some names
Marvin (Pops) Johnson.
Bazooka Limon is another. Another effective guy but not any sort of a hitter was Juan Carlos Gomez
Whitaker was pretty good body puncher.
Gushiken had a beautiful straight left to the body. Not an overall body puncher though he could choose to be.
Rigondeaux used to be known as a deadly body puncher when he was coming up. His left to the body was lethal.
Not a traditional southpaw but Mickey Ward was a dangerous man when he switched to southpaw and changed his left hook to a sweeping number two to the body. Just ask Alphonso Sanchez.
On a side note, current southpaw light heavyweight belt holder Gilberto Ramirez makes people pee blood.
Frank Fletcher could work a guy over pretty good to the body.
Mark Johnson, Yoko Gushiken, and Jiro Watanabe were also great body punchers.
Here’s an example of the southpaw Mark Too Sharp Johnson breaking down his opponent with body shots.
Gerry Penalosa's body punch KO over Jhonny Gonzalez is one of the best body punches ever caught on film imo.
Michael Nunn was also very a good puncher as well. Very stinging shots.
