 Man you played the hand you were dealt wonderfully with Monzon.

And about the kid, you need to keep him up late tonight so he is absolutely knackered tomorrow night and you can watch the PPV real time. :deal Strategy my man!

He's a she mate, and because she's just started school she's going through that "can't get out of bed Mon- Friday but up with the birds Sat-Sun" phase.
She's very girly, although she's started karate the other week and has surprisingly responded well when I tied her up and made her watch Rocky 1-6 excluding 5( I have morals you know!)
But she's four mate.I can't sell this to her just yet!

Even if I keep her up 2-3 hours past her weekday bedtime (8-8.30) she still seems to wake up early.

    Could Valium be the answer?:hey
I mean it's not just any old card.

Great thread, Cesare!! Nicely done:good. My pick is Ali, btw. But a case can be made for the other 4 as well. The other 7 are great mentions, too. Canto is a fantastic choice!

All great for their eras - it's DURAN,
and almost easily considering how he was successful moving up well above LW.

At first glance i said duran. But when i think more im leaning towards ali just for the sheer class if opponents he beat during the decade. Although duran was more feared and was awesome too.

I'm very happy to see this thread after reading some of the most idiotic threads being posted every nanosecond about FLoyd-Canelo.

Interesting topic and really hard to tell based on the fighters in the poll. Duran at 135 and Monzon at 160 had incredible kingpin reigns in their respective divisions. Ali probably had the best wins against top tier competition including Foreman who at the time looked unbeatable (can't forget his 2 wins over Frazier in the 70's either or Norton.)

I guess I'd go with Monzon just for his sheer length of reign and some really good wins on his resume. I'd have Ali and Duran tied for 2nd.

I think Duran has a good shout but it's a bit late to check Boxrec and I'm not sure that one or two of the others fought a better level if opponent throughout the decade.
But calm down Cholo fans,I'm just thinking out loud and I know he was voted fighter of the decade.
