Pretty self explanatory I'm not going to say no jab, but who was able to succeed despite having a poor jab.
Plenty of early heavyweights from the "plan, pounce, and grab" era...I assume you're looking for more modern names?
Mike Tyson and sometimes Holyfield. It wasn't that their jabs were bad, but when you are fighting 6'5" guys with 80" plus reaches... what are you gonna do?
How can you have a poor jab if you're signature punch is a 1-2? The first part of that combo is the jab.
His signature punch was the 2. His jab was more of a weight-shifter, stay-busy punch that he threw while gathering himself to throw his big straight punch. It was a non-factor really and he had an abyssal connect percentage with it.
