I was thinking last night about advancements in styles, fitness and the basic science of the sport. When I watch football I can see that any top team now would be the greatest sides of say thirty years ago. But with boxing, how do you guys think the advances have helped boxers over the years? Like for example, could a champ from the 30s handle the fitness, etc of a champ today, even tho the fifties were the glory days of the sport, how well would Sugar Ray Robinson fair today? Its all relative, and kinda pointless, but it just got me thinking. What do people think?
