    Hmm. I'll look into them.
My friend has a whole Winning set. Gloves, head gear with the nose bar and the cup.....just amazing. You most def get what you paid for. I'm going to see how good the knock offs are.

Grants and Reyes are the best IMO, aside from Winnings of course. I'm surprised you guys pay that much for Reyes in England, here I got them for $110, which is a lot less than 100 pounds. Grants make Campeons, which are cheaper models, $90 here. I haven't tried them, but I generally trust Grant. Fightings are awesome gloves btw, also in the $100 range. As far as I know, they aren't knockoffs but actually made by Winning as a cheaper range, but don't quote me on that. They are not that much like Winnings though, they're remarkably small, I couldn't believe they were actually 16oz. They feel lighter too, and make a perfect fist, great quality leather, I would definately recommend. However, if you're just starting and want to get going first before you dish out hundreds, just buy a regular cheap pair of Everlasts, the kind they sell at sporting goods stores. I bought my fair pair like that, boxed my first year with them. They don't make a good fist, but the hand protection is fine, you're probably not going to be throwing with Maidanaesque power when you're just starting out. Mine lasted a whole year, they're well made.

Grants and Reyes are the best "fighting" gloves for me, but for training you want extra padding. Winnings the way to go.

Had winning gloves to scared to **** em up because they were so expensive, reyes not good for training not enough padding so I just bought the Everlast pro training gloves and have been using those.

There is no BEST glove, it pretty much depends on you. I prefer Grant since the wrist support is top notch and offers nice protection without being a pillow

Best gloves are relative to their purpose and your pocket. I haven't used them all but have a few so...

Best bag gloves - Ringside IMF Tech/Rival elite bag
Best (your gym) sparring gloves - Ringside IMF Tech
Best (visiting gym) sparring gloves - Reyes/Grant?

    Winning trumps everyone

Gloves are like shoes. Different fits for different people, but there are some gloves that are quality all around. I like Title gear, but they are just too blatant knocking people off. Makes me wonder where they put quality in relation to just profit.

i've only used windy, everlast, twins, fairtex ... i do MT though, but don't think it makes much of a difference.

Out of all of them ... Windy and Fairtex for me are the best, closely followed by twins. everlast gloves are good only for their high end ones, their average ones are quite bad.
