What are the best clubs in east london ? I've heard of a few such as Repton , West Ham, Newham, Peacock, Dagenham, Romford. Does anyone know what the training is like at these gyms ? Prices of membership and sessions ? Thanks.

Thanks for that , I'll head over to that site now. i'm mostly in it to compete and go as far as i can, maybe one day turn pro after i get enough experience in the amateurs.
