best boxing jump rope

    What type of jump rope and what brand would you recommend?

    Also, do u have experience of the 2lb everlast rope? is it any good?

    cool method but right now i'm more interested in the actual rope. any idea what he's using?

    sorry, I kinda answer different question :)

    I cannot give you the brand, but the best ropes are like that guy uses with ball bearings, so they can freely rotate
