    Achievments - Hatton

but I think Calzaghe would beat him in a fictional p4p fight. Ask again on Dec 9th though, all this could have changed.

Calzaghe from a purely technical point of view is far ahead. He can be sublime to watch at times however Hatton's scrappy 100 mile an hour mayhem style appeals to me more personally.

Hatton has two great wins but achievement wise he has not done more than Joe.

Some seem to think beating Castillo and Tszyu says Hatton has achieved more than Joe.

Which doesnt say much for Calzaghe given he's 6 years older than Hatton.

I rate Calzaghe but theres a shocking lack of quality fighters on his record, meanwhile Hatton had Castillo and is now fighting P4P number 1 and at least has the chance to add plenty of names to his record. When Joe beats Kessler, Warren will line up another couple of nobodies to fight him at the Millenium then in a few years we'll be lucky to get Joe in one more big fight like Kessler and Lacy before he retires.

Calzaghe is definately number 1 and Hatton is going to get out boxed horrifically when he fights Mayweather.

Hatton has the bigger names on the record, but i believe Calzaghe to be the better all round boxer.

Be honest. Tyszu and Castillo are a league above Eubank and Lacy. Also did Joe ever beat the linear champ? Didn't the younger man Hatton get a ring title before him?
