    Stupid question really.

You have assumed Haye is Britains best heavyweight - despite having done nothing at the weight.

Sure - he is a very exciting prospect - and he could turn out to be the best British heavyweight we have seen since Lennox Lewis.

But at the moment its all just potential and prospects.

He has only one fight at the weight - a so quick it was almost didnt mean anything.

The likes of Danny Williams has been 8 rounds with Vitali Klitshko.

David Haye may not last 1round with Vitali Klitshko.

    We dont know yet.

As a heavyweight rankings go = I'd currently put them all above Haye.

Simply as Haye as done next to nothing at the weight.

If Haye starts to win heavyweight fights impressively he has the potential to be better than all of the above.

But that really is no formality.

The likes of Danny Williams have beaten Tyson etc.

There is no guarentee Haye will prove to be as good.

He could get knocked out badly in his first proper heavyweight test (I dont mean Monte Barret - someone higher ranked)

Im talking about right now, not years ago when danny beat an injured and past it tyson. The Sanctioning bodies rate haye as he is in two top ten lists, one of them at number 5. He was an undisputed champion at cruiserweight which does mean something at heavyweight.

I didn't include Haye in the vote as everyone would vote for him.

Matt Skelton is the best heavyweight in Britain.

Danny Williams has beaten both Harrison and Skelton but was beaten handily in the return by each fighter

Harrison got sparked by Sprott who in turn was beaten by Skelton....you get my drift.

Haye as Flint said is unproven at Heavyweight. Yes he looks the part but he may become a dud at the weight.

On his day, Williams is the best, and by a decent margin.

Danny Williams has been the best British Heavyweight, hes just very inconsistent and often out of shape (like when he took the Audley rematch on short notice).

Matt Skelton is far superior to Williams and so too is Audley. Gammer would find it hard to break the top 10 in his prime.

Skelton has nothing going for him other than being durable and rough. At least Williams comes to fight, I'm not saying Williams is a skilled fighter, but compared to Skelton?

There you go again Flint, you just can't help having a pop at the man who smashed up your girlfriend can you.
The question was 'Who is the best british hw after Haye'? and you could have been clever about it and said After Haye is Sprott but before him is Danny Williams. Instead you have been stupid again.

Williams comes to cheat and bore his way through fights. The guy has been an embarrassment to British boxing for a decade. He has never done anything to earn the praise some people give him.

Danny is the best British Heavyweight by far.
