Frankie Gavin, by a mile. Far more impressive a prospect than Amir ever looked IMO. I have serious hopes for this guy.
Don't think you can call Smith, DeGale, Groves and Skykes prospects anymore already at championship level. Here are who I feel are the best up and coming fighters in the UK. Gavin has a ton of hype behind him which is good because there is no way a light punching southpaw that nobody can hit would get many fights without it. Gavin V's Khan soon hopefully.
:deal Gavin, at this point in his career, looks well more accomplished than Khan did at the same time. Taking nothin away from Khan though, Gavin is just that good. And Khan has really pushed on over the last 12-18 months to be a genuine contender at LWW with only Bradley above him (for now...). Out of the others you list, I like Stephen Smith though that may be my scouse bias. Frampton's doing well too.
Anyone seen that Scottish LHW who won gold at the CW games? Ive heard hes a good prospect, probably too early to tell. Naz manages him.

with regard to smith groves and sykes i included them as it seems debteable as to whether they could make it to world level. really enjoy watching sykes fight. given that i prefer the skilful over the bangers who's the best stylist of your picks? (excepting gavin)
Seems like you know allot about Frankie Gavin so I would recomend checking out Carl Frampton on youtube. A very fluid boxer, great speed with hand and foot, smart, controls the ring, excellent shot selection, head movement. Knows exactly when to step up the pressure and finish his man off. He is not your typical British/European fighter. He reminds me off a Zab Judah. other more stylish boxers in the list would be BJ Saunders and Chris Evangelou. In terms of more advanced fighters Stpehen Smith, Kell Brook and of course James DeGale come to mind.
