I'm not going to add a poll full of the generic prospect names. I'd like you guys just to name a few boxers that you think can make world level and have a good career.

So from people like BJS to Moore, age is no limit.

I'm going to make a HL video of some of the best prospects from Britain and would just like your opinions.

    Thanks,

    :good

Cleverly, Saunders and Chisora are supposed to be 3 of our best prospects are they are unimpressive.

does it have to be world level before it a good career ?...there's been some great british champs, and thats a great level to reach, i'd consider that sucessful

Well I'd like it to showcase the fighters who have that potential to reach world level.

Maybe in 5 years you look back on the HL video and think damn, look at Brook now. He's an ATG.

But seriously, would be interesting to see how far they progress.

Though not British I would have suggested Sutherland.

Price has only had 1 fight but it's highlight reel stuff.

I have a feeling De Gale will surprise a few people if Saunders drops to LM and fights boxers rather than his wife he could do well.

Brook does the switch hit just like Camp Ingle ingrained into Jr's/Prince's head which was a bad look vs Desert Storm & Barrera respectively. And at 5'8" with dense thick muscles, I can't see this kid getting down to 135 (maybe 140) so he will have to "man up" and hold serve against this new age of welter. The kid's only 22 so no rush but that chin tuck and shoulder hunch is not technical.

With Brook, it's the classic raw athlete syndrome. When fighters have/think they have that huge knockout power, which Brook doesn't, they don't seem to work on the defense and other aspects as much as the guy who can't punch who doesn't have any choice but to work on it. for basketball fans the parallel is Shaquille Oneal and Wilt Chamberlain working on their jump shots and freethrows LOL!
