Of the fights I've seen of his I think it's the Kirkland fight but I'm curious what others think. It can be the fight where you think he was the most dominant, showed the best skills, or had the best knockout, whatever your criteria is for best performance.

If I could only pick one it would be against Sergey Kovalev.

Plant or Saunders. He did well surviving in the first GGG fight, even though he, in reality, lost, he fought bravely.

That's fair considering the OP is asking for all around performance. Canelos fight against Kovalev is my favorite though.

As one of the biggest Kovalev fanboys on the site, I ****ing hate it.:ohno Especially when you consider all that The Krusher had stacked against him in the lead up and he was still comprehensively outboxing him, if he could've just last another round and a half, he too could've had the honor of being robbed by Canelo.

Ok you convinced me that fight sucked. Im going to pull an audible and switch my choice to James Kirkland, final answer.

He had a lot of one sided fights at 154 and looked great in his 168 unification run. Imo though, it’s GGG 2. Controversy aside, they both dished out beautiful offensive performances. I was rooting for G too but couldn’t help but admire Canelo’s sharpness that night.
