So, because someone else shares your opinion, and that opinion is printed in a newspaper it becomes a fact does it?
And if somthing is in a newspaper it must be true huh? Sucker, wake up

The Tyson and Lewis brawl HAD to have been staged!

    Watch it closely.

How the **** COULD Mike have missed that guy with his left hand from that range?

    IMPOSSIBLE!

If he genuinley missed from there, he shouldn't have been anywhere near the ring.

It had to have been staged to hype the fight.

    What's this?

    A legacy defining fight?

    Ha! Bollocks!

Bert Sugar when rating the best fighters of all time didn't even have Lennox ranked in the top 60-70.

When Brian Kenney said, "But he beat Mike!?"

Bert said "Yeah, but that wasn't Mike who he beat. Tyson was finished then!"

You have to put things into perspective.

Mike only had one more fight after this, and then Danny Williams knocked him out.

Mike didn't even train for this fight.

This was a joke of a fight, and it meant nothing!

In my opinion it was staged.

If you don't think it was, that's fine.

But like I say, keep watching the video.

This is a guy fighting for the heavyweight championship of the world, who missed a guy with a straight left from how far out?

Maybe it wasn't staged, but Mike missed on purpose to start trouble?

I don't know, but there's no way he could have missed that guy.

If he couldn't hit that guy from that range, then I'm at a loss.

    Sven Ottke
    RJJ
Bute had a good cherrypicked record

Anyone who thinks Calzaghe is an idiot considering he beat everyone in his division and was undisputed. Then went to LHW and beat the man. Only thing he didn't do was fight RJJ when neither really wanted the fight. Was ducked by Bhop

Mayweather accusations are also a bit harsh apart from pac-man he has for the most part beaten the best and won belts at 154 having started at 130.

Same with Tyson he just fought in an era of postmen and drug addicts

Interesting that he "cherry picked" more ranked contenders than any other great heavyweight outside of Louis, Ali and Holmes, for the fewest losses of these, too.

Well of the lesser guys who got exposed as frauds eventually are Lacy and Bowe.

Other who cherry picked but actually were good... are RJJ.

I personally don't think Mayweather cherrypicks as much as some poeple think. He does to some extent but no more than many other usually do. He for instance fought Cotto at 154 and Hoya at ..was it also 154?

    Hiya pal,

Who do you think Roy cherry picked?

If you compare Roy's resume to Joe's, it's not even close.

Joe cherry picked Roy, when Roy was old.

We've all seen the various quotes a hundred times.

    That's not true.
He wanted to fight Lewis much earlier in his career but the IBF insisted he had to fight Moorer instead. HBO tried to cut a deal with the IBF to allow Lewis-Holyfield but the IBF refused to budge. Holyfield of course would go on to lose to Moorer.
