Who has the best chin among these:

    Usyk
    Ruiz
    Fury
    Joyce
    Zhang
    Makhmudov
    Parker
    Hrgovic

Make a list in order of resistance in your opinion

    Here my list:

    1) Ruiz: the guy eats bombs by the opponents as he swallows burgers and fried chickens.
    2) Usyk: took powerful blows by Chisora and above all by Joshua, sometimes he looked a little rocked but has always had excellent recoveries
    3) Joyce: chin tested by Dubois who said he hit him at the maximum of his power
    4) Fury: KDed by Wilder several times but he always got up
    5) Zhang: hard to drop him, even for a puncher like Hrgovic
    6) Makhmudov : his jaw looks very resistant but not tested enough
    7) Parker: hes aging but the chin looks still good, we'll see against Joyce.
    8) Hrgovic: KDed by Zhang but with no relevant consequences

Joyce is top for me, nothing seems to put a dent in him so far.

Usyk is a CW Level who moved down to HW Level

He's fought huge punchers AJ x 2, Chisora, Majidov, Joyce, and Nistor at HW/SHW in the WSB and Witherspoon can punch too. All those other SHWs he fought in the WSB like Fa, Modugno, Brechlin, were much/way bigger and heavier than him too so their power would've been magnified

    At CW

    Gassiev
    Breidis
    Glowacki
    Bellew
    Huck
    Hunter

And loads more punchers in the amateurs too, including Beterbiev x 3

    1. Parker; most proven chin on the list 2)Usyk never down against punchers at cw and hw 3)Joyce; seems to plod right through anything 4)Hrgovic; took Zhangs best and went the distance 5)Zhang; Almost died in the ring a couple fights ago, but still went the distance 6)Ruiz: little fatty has a hell of a chin. 7) Fury: Is Wilders power way overrated? He got flattened by a couple guys with zilch for power and out on his feet for a time versus a third. 8) Mahkmudov: completely unproven at pro level.

    I'll 3rd that.

He's got some of the hardest, toughest and finest Brit granite ever produced here in the UK. Grade A+ with a dark matter core.

Head shots just bounce off him and the fecker just keeps on a-coming.

It's gotta be demoralising for the opposing fighter. Lol

Yeah i don't doubt that Usyk had very solid chin as well, that was proven over time, but Joyce take HUGE blows and doesn't even blink, like nothing happen and keep going forward. His chin is pure granite. Maybe it will crack some day if he keep getting hit that hard flush, but right now yeah he is the one for sure.

Pulev and Chisora also have very solid chin, but we are talking about Iron level here, not granite one. Mention them, cause they are not in the list. But still solid dudes.

Andy Ruiz was knocked down, received a full punch from Anthony Joshua (36:49), and only then started beating AJ.
I am not claiming that he has the best chin of the mentioned boxers, but he has a respectable chin.
    IMO Fury, then Andy Ruiz.

Agreed that Usyk's chin is top notch granite too, but because Usyk's such a fantastic all round boxer he doesn't get caught quite as often or easy as Joyce, or takes the shots quite as clean as his head movement is excellent and he always rides the shots to some degree for the most part.

And yeah, ol' Pulev and Chisora are both well worth a mention for good solid chins. Both not perfect but bloody well tried and tested. Both men are as tough as old boots in the honest sense mate.

I think Joyce chin is a bit better than Usyk to be fair. Just the way he take the punches. Usyk is smart when he get hit flush. But he doesn't allow anyone to hit him with hard combos. Joyce just doesn't care, and the punch just bounce off his face like nothing happen.

I have following Usyk closely, and when he get hit hard on the chin, he either do a smart little hold to do the needed recovery or just move away from the danger. It's not just AJ fight. It's all of his fights. Gassiev, Bellew, etc.

Yeah he have very solid chin. I have stated he and Chisora are in the conversation for very solid chin, not granite though, but a class below, aka iron ones. :D

Pulev eat some HUGE hard punches from Klitschko and especially the huge uppercut from AJ, and he stay on his feet for most of it. Even when he gets down, and get up, he was almost like nothing happen. His defense stinks and let huge punch land, but he take them very well. Obviously he is not in the granite department, but still very solid.

Wach when he was in his prime also has an absolutely granite chin. That Klitschko fight, OMFG, he eat insane amount of punishment through the whole 12 rounds, and Klitschko started that fight from round 1 with huge right hands and hooks.

For out and out punch resistance I agree mate, Joyce is maybe on his own level there.

Imagine a 'chin test' between Joyce and Usyk (or anyone else) and they had to stand there with their eyes closed and take a clean punch from a third party fighter turn for turn.

I reckon Joyce would be the hardest to put down.
