Best Chin in boxing?

hehe, he really has steel in his chin now!

 

WHo are the big punchers who have tested his chin?

Just because he has not been KD before means he has a sturdy chin. It is perhaps, because he has not met any heavy punchers in his fights so far.

Zab Judah I know is a heavy puncher, but I am not sure if he was able hit him clean.

 

Actually Abraham has titanium in his chin now ... but the guy definitely has a great chin ... you don't fight through a broken jaw for 8 rounds without going down otherwise.

 

mccall, mccullogh, andrade, baldomir, toney, tua, i's say mayorga to a degree considering he blocks punches with his face. among retired probably hagler and ali, though ali was dropped by cooper and frazier he never stayed down in his career.

 

My vote is for McCall, but i can't believe anyone hasn't mentioned Ben Tackie. Never been put down in his career, never been hurt. Arguably the best current p4p chin in boxing.

well i totally agree....the calzahge thing is a bit much but i totally understand can take a shot but can be knocked down.

Among active fighters it has to be:

Mcall or Librado Andrade...

 

For people from the past you can't leave out Sanderline Williams and Reggie Johnson. Both went the distance with Toney. Williams went the distance with McClellen and Toney. Johnson went the distance with everybody he fought including Roy Jones . You just couldn't stop him.
