Actually Guida has to be on top. Think about it, who uses his head as punching/kicking bag just to get his opponents tired.
Yeah but placement of shots plays a big part and I don't remember where that head kick landed, but very big shots can land somewhere and not have much immediate effect, and then small shots can land right on the button and put guys to sleep.
Carwin ate some monstrous shots from JDS and survived. Rothwell has an awesome chin, he never blocks anything ever. It took Arlovski about 200 clean shots to KO the guy.
Carwin ate some monstrous shots from JDS... and got spaghetti legs, and went down, and was very close to getting finished before JDS ran out of steam and ideas. Roy Nelson has a better, more proven chin than Carwin. I bet Carwin gets KO'd soon, his chin is decent but he's highly 'knockoutable' IMO.
I've thought this since seeing Gonzaga put him on ***** street with one punch, and if Gonzaga wasn't a flake and a mental midget you wouldn't have had to wait this long to see him get starched.
I don't have a ****ing clue about what you're saying above but yes, Nick. The guy gets dropped but only by hellacious punchers and shots that he makes no attempt at avoiding.
