Well, it should really look like this:

    HW: Tyson
    CW: Holyfield
    LHW: Spinks
    SMW: Jones Jr.
    MW: Jackson
    JMW: Hearns
    WW: Robinson
    LWW: De La Hoya
    LW: Williams
    SFW: Pacquiao
    FW: Hamed
    SBW: Rigo
    BW: Olivares
    SFly: Inoue
    Fly: Ebihara
    LFly: Chocolatito
    Min: Lopez?

    ;)

Yeah, I can't see Haye as the main guy at CW. Sure, he was fast and had a good punch, but Holyfield was both faster and hit harder IMO. You also have Gassiev, Sellers and Kudryashov.

If you're using multiple guys per weight, surely Jones is right up there at 175 too.

Kostya over Napoles, De La Hoya, Pac or Floyd at 140? Is that an Ozzy bias? :dunno

I love Chapo, but I can't see him above Pac or Williams at 135.

Galaxy hit extremely hard, but yeah, he wasn't that fast. And I actually have doubts whether he hits harder than Inoue. The choices I'd go for at 115 are: Donaire, Konadu, Contreras & obviously Inoue.

I know Wilde is lauded as the GOAT Flyweight puncher (rightly so, without question IMO), but he wasn't very fast on film. Someone like Lynch could be above him. Cardona, Pacquiao, Yuri, Harada & Ebihara could all bang and all, IMO, look quicker than Wilde.

I'm a bit mixed on Holyfield. He has good power and good speed but i feel somewhat of a blandness for some reason. Admittedly he did stop some good fighters there.

I feel like putting forward a sub 190 pound heavyweight to be honest. Someone like Dempsey.

175 is Foster's for mine. I see him as a standout. He hits a bit harder than even Spinks and tbh i think he's quicker with those snaking bombs of his. I don't find Spinks hands overly fast at 175.

Oscar and Floyd had all of about three fights there so i'm a sort of a tad iffy on that front too. Manny had what, one fight there ever? Oscar and Manny are fine mentions but i'm leery of the body of work. I mean it's really small.

Technically Napoles fits but i didn't overly consider him. He did attain an extremely high level there and if the division was big at the time i'd say he would have found his niche there. The division didn't overly inspire me. KT had big power and while not overly fast his punches are direct and get there at a decent rate.

Out of those i'd be happy to take Napoles. I don't think he was that fast - it was more his sensational timing and ability than overly fast hands IMO

Again Manny had one single fight there and it's hard for me to thrust him forward on that account.

I rate Chapo the most powerful puncher ever at 135, certainly of those that had decent success there. I find his handspeed good more than great but he certainly wasn't slow. He had enough speed to keep himself competitive with ridiculously quick guys like Camacho and Davis Jr. When he let them really go they got there pretty rapidly.

    Williams is a good mention.

TBH i really don't get into it much under Bantam.

Again it's not my sweetspot but I've seen reports claiming Wilde was very quick handed. Those old films make it nigh impossible to judge speed a lot of the time.

No, Louis did not have faster hands. And he certainly did not hit as hard.

Very good list, I like most of your choices, except for welter. Leonard was very skinny and didn't pack much power. He had great speed though.

Didn't pack much of a punch? At welter, he had a 70+ KO rate. He KOed brilliant fighters like Hearns & Benitez, and scored some seriously brutal KOs vs Gonzalez, Marcotte, Price Santore, Hearns, Lalonde & obviously, Green.

Leonard had a very snappy punch at 147, and his power still made people respect him when he moved up.

Holy was a better fighter than Haye but didn`t have his one punch power and wasn`t quicker than Haye either.

Eddie Futch himself said that Tyson had the best handspeed of any heavyweight he had seen since Joe Louis.

Don’t let Joe’s slow feet fool you. He was a speed demon with explosive power.

Benn never scored a KO as devastating as Jackson`s KO over Graham.

Hearns was skinnier than Leonard at welter.
