Can't think of an actual workout program off the top of my head, but here's a list of exercises that target your core.

    Using barbells:
    - heavy squats (front, back, overhead).
    - heavy deadlifts.
    - heavy cleans, jerks, and snatches.

    Using kettlebells:
    - turkish get ups, swings, cleans, snatches.

    No weights:
    - Planks, bird dog, supine bridges, etc.

Plus heavybag drills work your core anyway, so for beginners that's more than plenty.

Keep the Arms locked, works everything.

  13. Planks
    side planks
    russian twists
sit in russian twist position and throw medicineball to your partner- side on and front on
    reverse crunch
couple good exercises on a exercise ball. get on there activate your core, get some light weights and punch to the ceiling.
v ups i like, put an exercise ball between your feet and alternative between hands and feet
