Wow this thread is a Butard's wet dream. Yeah he's good with the uppercut, too bad it's all he can throw worth a damn.

JMM's uppercut is more of a lead uppercut. It usually comes in the process of throwing one of his combinations.

Lucian Bute and Zab use it as more of a 1 hitter quitter making the opponent miss then coming underneath with it.

Zabdiel is known for shootin' them upper cuts from the outside. Somebody says uppercut, and I think Zab Judah..

Butes shots were awesome though too.

Vitali has some good ones too. he ate Sam Peter the **** up with 'em.

Actually, I'm less impressed with Bute's uppercuts on journeymen, as I am about the uppercuts Pascal landed on defense conscience Bernard Hopkins.

I think if Bute should ever meet pascal, he'd be the receiver of the most impressive uppercut.

Judah's is the more aesthetically pleasing and flashy uppercut, Bute's the more concealed and deadly. Often you'll see Judah lean back a few times to size up the upcoming uppercut, and he opens up a little bit more, he really twists his body with it. Bute's, on the other hand, seems to come from nowhere, you dont take out a guy like Andrade if you haven't got a seriously lethal uppercut. I suppose it depends on what your personal preference is.

    Excellent thread.

Perfect example of the difference between a useless troll and a dick head.

Michigan clearly knows his ****, he's just very opinionated, stubborn and annoying. Admittedly he does know about boxing.

I'd rather have 100 people calling me a ***** and backing up their argument then have these hayetchko/pacweather trolls spamming the forum.

    Again, great thread.

To answer the question, it has to be judah. A guy so blatantly out of his best weight division was still competitive at the highest level. Let's remember this very shot knocked a prime spinks senseless. Many people have fell to his counter uppercut, it is a thing of monstrous beauty. The power and speed behind it is unmatched today and it is the reason I would not be surprised if he does knock out khan and unify the division
