Qawi-Holyfeild for sure, I thought Jirov-Toney was so sloppy. But maybe Toney's big old gut was making it look less pleasing.
Qawi vs Holyfield. On a side note- Qawi was certified a beast, definately one of my favourite fighters of the 80's. You could always count on him to put on a good show.
I choose Toney-Jirov only because I was ringside. In all reality its got to be Holyfield-Qawi though. What a war!!
Qawi-Holy was a decent fight. However, no way was it close enough to make a case for a SD. I had it 11-4
not a bad fighy at all but mc was in contol the whole time..,the other 3 had ebb an flow through out. good fight though big truck came in at 188 and didnt have the strength in the second half of the bout.., DAN LAW
Qawi did not win 11 rounds IMO:yep LOL, no, it was fairly close I think I had it 9-6; so bearing in mind Qawi was defending champ, a split win for Holyfield seemed fair.
The two Thompson Eubank fights were excellent viewing, Johnny Nelson had a really good fight against someone but his name escapes me......
