    Indeed, despite the recent insurgence of Haye nuthuggers, cruiser has actually been a quality division for the past 3 or 4 years.

    Toney deserves high regard on such a list due to his H2H ability at this weight. :good

    That's my thinking too. In many ways, 190 was his best weight. He wasn't drained yet still had the speed and skill. The fight with Jirov will go down as a Cruiserweight classic, it's just too bad that he didn't have a few more meaningful fights in those comeback years at Cruiser.

    Head-to-head, I think he beats any prime Cruiser with the possible exception of Holyfield.

    Toney-Holyfield I think would be close, but I'd give the edge to Holyfield. Too bad Toney didn't stick around after beating Jirov, he would've beaten anyone else in the class at the time.
